A suspected ritualist, Mr. Chuka Nwosu has allegedly raped a 13-year- old girl to death at Bathonic Hotel, Issele-Uku, Aniocha North Local Council of Delta State.
A suspected ritualist, Mr. Chuka Nwosu has allegedly raped a 13-year- old girl to death at Bathonic Hotel, Issele-Uku, Aniocha North Local Council of Delta State.
The Guardian gathered that the girl was hypnotised before being raped by the suspect and died few hours after at El Comfort Hospital Bonsaac, Asaba.
Before her death, the deceased allegedly told her sister that the suspect took her to Bathonic hotel Issele-Uku, where she was raped and the assailant then used a white tissue paper to wipe blood from her private part.
It was further learnt that the body of the deceased was deposited at Federal Medical Centre (FMC) morgue, Asaba.
Sources said Chuka Nwosu reportedly fled the community to an unknown destination after the victim’s death for fear of being killed by aggrieved youths, who were hunting for him.
Contacted, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Edafe Bright, said the Police are investigating the matter.
