All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, during the party’s campaign rally in Abeokuta.

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Party (APC), Bola Tinubu, has emerged as the winner of the presidential election in Ondo State.

Tinubu defeated Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party in the state with a total of 369,924 votes.

According to the results announced on Monday by the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) collation officers for the 18 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the state, Atiku polled 115,463 votes to emerge second.

The Labour Party candidate, Peter Obi, got 44,405 votes, and the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) presidential candidate, Rabiu Kwankwaso, polled 930 votes.
