Tinubu wins in Kwara, beats Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has won the presidential election in Kwara State.

Tinubu polled a total of 263,572 votes, according to the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) collation officers for the 16 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state.

Tinubu’s closest rival, Abubakar Atiku of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), polled 136,909 votes to emerge second.

While the Labour Party candidate, Peter Obi, got 31,166 votes and the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) presidential candidate, Rabiu Kwankwaso, polled 3,141 votes.
