The 50-hectare project will have electricity, potable water, access road, and a clinic to meet truck drivers’ health needs.
Buni disclosed this yesterday at the ground-breaking ceremony in Potiskum, 100 kilometres west of Damaturu, the state capital.
He said the park was part of his electioneering promise, which he echoed at a recent town hall meeting.
According to him, the 5,000 jobs and the multiplier effect will create wealth to improve the state’s economy.
