Zamfara Commends NGF Over Yari’s Election

THE Zamfara State Government commended the Nigeria Governor’s Forum for appointing its Governor, Alhaji Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar, as the new Chairman to lead the forum in the next one year, the State deputy governor, Malam Ibrahim Wakkala has said.

Wakkala, made the commendation in a statement signed by the deputy governor’s Press Secretary, Yusuf Idris Gusau and made available to reporters in Gusau, the state capital.

He said the resolution of the forum to elect his boss was a clear indication of their appreciation of development done in the state by the new NGF chairman.

The statement described Yari as a leader of highest repute that will lead the forum to sustain the ideals that gave birth to it with a view to maintaining the baston of good governance and leadership in the country.
