Akin Alabi, the member representing Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has congratulated the Oyo State Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Olayide Moshood Abas, on his appointment as the Chairman of the Board of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna.
