Aceroyal Group has unveiled a new corporate identity and opened a new office in Ajah, Lagos, as the real estate company moves to strengthen its operations and position itself for its next phase of expansion.

The company said the rebranding reflects changes within the organisation as it seeks to build a stronger institutional structure and expand its activities in the real estate sector.

Its new office is located at Plot 1 and 2, Nzok Ugizi Avenue, opposite Lagos Business School, Ajah, Lagos.

The development has attracted congratulatory messages from members of the company’s Advisory Board, including Damola Aroyewun; Dr Emmanuel Osoteku; and Sulyman Ololade.

The board members described the opening of the office and introduction of a new corporate identity as an important stage in the company’s development.

They said the company’s leadership should use the transition to strengthen its internal structures and maintain standards capable of supporting sustainable growth.

They noted that corporate expansion requires more than changes to a company’s visual identity or physical location, stressing the importance of building systems and structures that can support long-term operations.

For Aceroyal Group, the rebranding is intended to reflect the organisation’s evolving ambitions as it seeks to establish a stronger presence in the property market.

The company said its new office would provide a base for its operations while supporting engagement with clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Nigeria’s real estate industry continues to attract developers, investors and property service companies seeking opportunities created by population growth, urbanisation and demand for residential and commercial property.

Lagos remains a major centre of that activity, particularly along the Lekki-Ajah corridor, where residential and commercial development has expanded over the years.
