“Some years ago, precisely, 2002, we in Briscoe decided to diversify and one of the areas we identified was the property sector.  We went into this sector because we saw that, there was a huge gab between demand and supply in the housing industry”, adding that” We have complied with all regulations and we are more interested in the quality rather than quantity.”

Having successfully undertaken three residential projects – including Aloe Vera Court’ situated at Yaba, and ‘Heliconia Court’, located at Maryland, and now Orchid Court, located within the Ikeja GRA neighborhood, Onajide said Briscoe properties has come to stay in the property business, as it had also identified some areas, particularly Surulere environ, where where it would replicate same feat.

Hughes, an architect, said the estate “is a delightful gated estate carefully designed to accommodate the needs of today’s housing, while offering exceptional levels of comfort and modern convenience to just 25 families in the serene low density of the area”.

According to her, Orchid Court offers elegant apartments built to top unique architectural standards with European-standard finishing materials for your enjoyment now and in the future.

There are seven different types of residential units to choose from at Orchid Court each with its unique view and serene spatial arrangement.

“In today’s ever-evolving world of competition, we are proud to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by seven distinctive unique selling points. First, we offer our clients and stakeholders an assurance of capacity for delivery and quality. Secondly, by providing facility management services, we offer our investors and stakeholders a commitment, which goes far beyond the initial sale of the property, to ensure your peace of mind today and for years to come.

Buyers of the property, according to Hughes, would have a very secure title, with an unexpired residue of 99 years from the year 2005.

She hinted that BPL also has expertise in property

The seven different home designs, according to Hughes, include apartments, penthouse flats, duplexes, triplexes, semi-detached and detached houses.
