EDO-based property developer, Messrs Prucriz Property Investment Nigeria Limited has commenced construction of houses in a 32 hectares of land at Amufi community, near Benin.

Chief Executive Officer of Prucriz, Chris Ebbih said some of the buildings on completion would be sold to interested subscribers while others would be purchased through mortgage arrangement.

Meanwhile, the Speaker Edo State House of Assembly (EDHA), Victor Edoror said the private sector have a greater role to play to assist the government to transform the state infrastructural development and in the provision of employment opportunities.
