Firm flags off new housing projects

To provide affordable homes for Nigerians, an indigenous real estate firm, CDV Properties and Development Limited has commenced its new projects, Apple Wood II Estate and White Oak Estate II in Lagos.

To provide affordable homes for Nigerians, an indigenous real estate firm, CDV Properties and Development Limited has commenced its new projects, Apple Wood II Estate and White Oak Estate II in Lagos.

Speaking during the launch of the projects in Lagos, the Chief Executive Officer, CDV Properties and Development Limited, Dr. Charles Mba, said the two projects would begin this month and completed within 24 and 18 months respectively.

“We expect more subscribers after the launch of the projects and subscribers can pay within the period of construction,” Mba said.

CDV also unveiled its brand ambassador Bryan Okwara, a former Mr. Nigeria, who said his synergy with the company is to ensure prospective homeowners get value for their money.

The Apple Wood II is located at Orchid road by Chevron Toll Gate, while the White Oak Estate II shares a fence with Victoria Garden City (VGC) in Lagos.
