Le’Venue Property picks contractors for Clara’s Court

AFTER completing its tender process, Messrs Le’ Venue Property Development Company Limited has selected building and civil engineering firms to pilot the development of a N5 billion Naira Clara’s Court Estate in the Ibeju Lekki- Lagos State.

The appointed contractors include Lexil Development Nigeria Limited, Pentland Nigeria Limited, Aron Nigeria Limited, Springfield Concept Global Limited and Pektej Projects Limited. Others are Toun Tere Bofa Limited, Messrs Ayantola Bello and Sons, Arctic Infrastructure, G-Frames Concept Nigeria Limited, Trident Oil & Gas limited and Gak Projects Limited.

In addition to the appointment of contractors, Group Managing Director Le’Venue Property, Mr. Jemine Adollo said the company has also partnered with Three financial institutions and the Federal Mortgage Bank to ensure a seamless mortgage application for buyers who need a mortgage to fund their acquisition.

Le’Venue Property will also implement it’s own flexible, mid-term payment plans for various classes of income earners, he said.
