Megamound introduces Lekky County Apartments

Lagos-based real estate development firm, Megamound Investments Limited is set to introduce its range of affordable apartments to ensure that the average Nigerian owns a home.Known as Lekki County Apartments, the scheme consists of 160 flats ranging from one, two and three bedrooms.

Lagos-based real estate development firm, Megamound Investments Limited is set to introduce its range of affordable apartments to ensure that the average Nigerian owns a home.Known as Lekki County Apartments, the scheme consists of 160 flats ranging from one, two and three bedrooms. The project is expected to be completed and inhabited by September next year.

According to the Marketing mManager, Mariam Diagbonya, “We are introducing blocks of one, two and three bedrooms flats which goes for 11, 24 and 28 million respectively. They come with very flexible payment plan; just make a 30 percent down payment and the rest can be spread for over three years. You can also get to mortgage and pay them for up to 15 years. The estate will be fully serviced, with water, electricity, good road network, and car park space.

“This project will accommodate the average Nigerian and encourage them to own their homes even though not every company will do this at such a time in our economy.”The Head, engineering, Mr. Adeparusi Emmanuel said that the residential houses are on a 16, 000 square meters of land and 16 blocks of flats, with each unit made up of 10 flats on four floors.
This is to ensure we take care of all strata of the society.

“Megamound has been in the business in the last 25 years and so they have their expertise having developed so many properties. They have employed the services of structural engineers, surveyors, town planners, so Megamound is a conglomerate of all the professionals within the built environment.”

Adeparusi who doubles as a registered builder said that the project, which started in February this year and sited in a naturally swampy area, would not be flooded as the engineering design has take care of it.

Among the homes owned by megamound are: Carlton gate estate, Cheveron drive, Lekki; Megamound/Funtai court at 3B Ruxtin road, Ikoyi; Lekki County homes Ikota, Lekki; Kings court apartment, Oniru; Carlton gate, Ibadan, Akobo GRA and Heritage courts, Ibara, Abeokuta.
