Known as Capital Gardens Estate, the project located in Eleko is powered by green energy and acts as a tech hub for young innovators, meant to drive economic growth, as well as regional expansion.
Speaking at the relaunch and allocation ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer, Victoria Crest Homes, Dr Kennedy Okonkwo, said the new development was designed as a place where urban convenience meets natural serenity, and where families, professionals and individuals experience a balanced lifestyle.
Okonkwo said every aspect of the development was meticulously planned to create a community where everyone finds a haven that exceeds their expectations. “We are unveiling a landmark modern living—a place that redefines luxury, community, and investment potential in every sense,” he said.
According to him, over 40 per cent of the community is dedicated to green spaces—gardens, parks, and walking trails that ooze a natural oasis amid the urban landscape.
He said their attention to green energy and space isn’t for aesthetics; “It’s about enhancing the quality of life for every resident. Studies show that homes surrounded by green spaces contribute to better mental and physical health and the estate is designed to make those benefits an everyday experience.”
Okonkwo said 70 per cent of the infrastructure has been completed. “We have commenced construction on over three kilometres of drainage infrastructure and road network within the estate,” he added.
