The School of Estate Business has emerged as a game-changer in Nigeria’s real estate sector, laying the foundations for success in an industry where knowledge is key. By equipping realtors with practical skills, strategic insight, and market intelligence, the institution is setting a new standard for real estate education in Nigeria.
On March 3, 2025, the School of Estate Business partnered with Empire Homes Realty Ltd. to host the highly anticipated Realtors Bootcamp 2025. The free one-day training, held at Filmhouse, Circle Mall, Jakande-Lekki, Lagos, gave realtors a rare opportunity to learn from respected industry experts, including Engr. ‘Debo Adejana, Akin Opatola, Steve Harris, and Paul Foh.

According to Ambassador Munachi Arinze, CEO of Empire Homes Realty Ltd., the bootcamp was a natural extension of the School of Estate Business’ mission—to ensure that realtors thrive in the industry. “In Nigeria, real estate has an open-door policy—anyone can enter. But staying relevant and making real money? That requires skill, knowledge, and the right mentorship,” she explained.
The School of Estate Business has trained and mentored countless realtors who have built successful careers and multi-million naira portfolios. The institution blends theoretical knowledge with real-world strategies, making it one of the most respected real estate training centers in Nigeria.
“There is no one of worth in this industry that wasn’t trained by the School of Estate,” Munachi added. “That’s why we partnered with them to ensure that more realtors get the knowledge they need to dominate the market.”

The bootcamp focused on market positioning, negotiation, sales mastery, and financial growth, giving attendees the tools they need to stand out in Nigeria’s competitive real estate space. Participants received a certification from the School of Estate Business, an added advantage in the industry.
With the Nigerian real estate market experiencing rapid expansion and increased investor interest, there has never been a more critical time for realtors to upskill. The Realtors Bootcamp 2025 was a golden opportunity to learn from the best without any financial barrier.
As Munachi put it, “The difference between an average realtor and a top-earning one is education. If you want to be the best, you learn from the best. That’s what this bootcamp was about.”
