UK firms to launch new real estate development

NIGERIAN real estate markets would be boosted as all arrangements are in place to launch three exclusive developments in Lagos, on Wednesday.

The high-flier developments are Royal Arsenal Riverside, 250 City Road and 375 High Street Kensington, all located in London, United Kingdom.

The launch of these properties in Nigeria is midwifed between a Nigeria’s leading property adviser and real estate investment company, Wrothams Windsor and a UK’s top property developer, The Berkeley Group.

Known as Waterfront II, Royal Arsenal Riverside boasts of 205 Manhattan apartments as well as an exciting range of one, two and three-bedroom properties and penthouses.
