‘We’re showcasing opportunities to buyers, developers abroad’

PIQUED by the negative perception of Nigerians in the Diaspora towards developers in Nigeria, The Anirejouritse Global Nigeria Ltd (TAG), organisers of the yearly Real Estate Exhibition and Trade show tagged T.A.G Expo said the event will aid stakeholders in the real estate sector to change the narratives.

Speaking at the Real Estate stakeholders breakfast of the TAGEXPO with the theme: “Meet, Invest, Secure, Chief Marketing Officer of the TAG Nigeria Limited and convener of the TAGEXPO, Mr. Micheal Ejoh, said this year event provides the platform to bridge the gap in time and place, connect developers and other real estate stakeholders in Nigeria to buyers and individuals with interests in Nigeria’s real estate.

While presenting the audience with opportunities inherent in the event to be held in London and Houston , United States of America in June, he said, the event was strategically planned based on careful consideration of the database of Nigerians in the diaspora seeking investment opportunities in Nigeria, particularly in the real estate sector.

He explained that the TAG EXPO 2018 would attract stakeholders in the real estate sector, particularly developers, financial institutions with facilities that support real estate acquisition and procurement, adding that the exhibition and trade show will provide the platform for showcasing all the opportunities in products and services that stakeholders have to offer to buyers and real estate developers alike.

According to Ejoh, the yearly event will also serve as a meeting point for stakeholders to network with and obtain databases of potential buyers around the world.

He stressed that the opportunities available for participants are inexhaustible and the purpose will be to continuously engage different levels of participants through the yearly network catalogue, that would be Nigeria’s premium real estate reference diary.

Ejoh spoke extensively on the prospects available for exhibitors at this year’s outing in London and Houston including the various investment opportunities available to investors.

He told stakeholders that the events will breakout to roadshows in cities like Manchester in the UK and New Jersey in the United States.

He also highlighted the Team’s effort towards publicity to prospective attendees and informed the audience that over 170 Nigerians are currently registered on the web portal to attend the London and Houston events just after two weeks of launching the campaigns.

Earlier, Communications Lead of the EXPO, Mrs. Morenike Peter-Thomas said TAGEXPO is all about credible Real Estate synergy.

She stressed that the event is aimed at allowing developers interact with the team and also get a brief of the plan for the year’s activities.

In his remarks, the Managing of Kreativ Marketing Concepts & Finance Limited, a partner to the TAGEXPO 2018 events, Mr Opeoluwa Osho, said his organization is partnering with the TAGEXPO having observed the project for its consistent delivery over the past two years of its creation.

This event was attended by Heads of Real Estate firms, financial institution, Real Estate consultation firms in the country and the media.
