RAINBOW Town Development Limited, Nigeria’s leading housing estate development company, owners of Rainbow World Estate located in Trans-Amadi business corridor of Port Harcourt, heart of Nigeria’s oil and gas region recently hosted investors to a one-day subscribers’ forum in Port Harcourt, where it promised greater efficiency and transparency in its activities.

The forum was organised with the goal to showcase to the existing subscribers the current state of the project which has recorded nearly 80 per cent completion and development now in its second phase.

According to the Managing Director, Rainbow Town Development Limited, Arch. Chima Ucheya, “the main reason was to bring together our existing subscribers under one roof so that we can show to them the extent to which we have completed the first phase of this amazing housing development project which is the biggest housing estate in the sub Saharan Africa region. Our mandate is to deliver a world-class housing project and we are glad to showcase the progress we have so far recorded.”

He further highlighted that it was crucial to demonstrate to existing subscribers that the project has reached a very substantial level with phase one completed and work seriously ongoing on the phase two.

“This forum provided an opportunity for current subscribers and interested investors to undertake a facility tour within the estate and ask important questions to which satisfactory answers were provided,” Ucheya explained.

Ucheya, a season architect, reiterated that Rainbow World was conceived in 2008 and is the choice destination for investors seeking attractive and enduring returns as well as residents in need of a home they can call their own.

“Boasting the best in premium residential and business infrastructure, this unique blend of nature and the future is an integrated world-class community that provides an unparalleled advantage for families to conveniently live, work and play within the same environment. This is in line with and reflective of the vision of its indigenous owned mother company —  Rainbow Town Development Limited — to become the preferred real estate development solutions provider, adopting world-class practices and quality service delivery.

“Rainbow World offerings include elegant duplexes, terrace houses, exquisite apartments and penthouses among a myriad of recreational, medical, social and business-support facilities. The range of housing options are the point block tower, the city block tower, terrace house and detached house which are all built to world-class standard and luxuriously finished,” Ucheya added.

Rainbow World is Nigeria’s flagship urban renewal scheme that re-images and transforms a blighted neighborhood in metropolitan Port Harcourt, Rivers State, into a regenerated brand of premium mixed-use community of residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and recreational facilities set in a contemporary urban environment.
