
Recently, the African Giants Award held in Abuja. It was a celebration of talent, culture and excellence. The event, which was in its seventh edition, had trappings of glitz, glamour and panache, drawing in high net worth guests from across the continent.
The event buzzed with anticipation as Chygoz’s name echoed through the venue. He actually won the coveted title of Most Promising Nigerian Artist in Diaspora. Though he was not there to collect his prize, his music leapt out of every conversation and hearts alike.
Representing Chygoz was his Nigerian road manager, Mr Austin Holy, a pillar of support and embodiment of the artiste’s spirit.
With heartfelt gratitude and an electrifying speech, the manager accepted the accolade on behalf of the absent, but undeniably talented Chygoz.
