Funmi Iyanda Bounces Back

Feelers reaching us from the United Kingdom base of ace broadcaster, Funmi Iyanda confirmed that she is fully back and better now.
A few months ago, her rumoured illness rented the air. Funmi, during her last birthday on July 27, dropped a bombshell on her fans thus casting a dark pall on what should have been a joyous day.

The mother of one in her several tweets, tersely appreciated her fans’ goodwill messages and revealed that she had been ill since October 2014. “It’s been a tough year.

I have been ill since October 2014. Very soon, I will talk about it when I fully recover as it may help someone else. Being quite sick is not fun at all. However, when your body becomes vulnerable and weak you do find other kinds of strengths and clarity,” she said in one of the tweets. A close source however, said Iyanda has bounced back again.
