Magdalene Omole: Creating a better tomorrow

As Proprietress of Tender Palms School, tucked inside Mende area of Maryland, Lagos, Magdalene Omole is a workaholic with a perfectionists zeal that has stood her out in many instances too numerous to mention.

For a lady whose first degree is not education, Magdalene knew the challenges before her, so she took courses on Child Care Education in the United Kingdom to equip herself for the task of running a school.

And since she took charge of the school, it has been noted for academic excellence, winning both state and national awards. She disclosed that she is driven by the desire to raise pupils that would impact on the world, in spite of the harsh economic environment. Her dream to impact knowledge blossomed into reality in 2012 with the birth of the school, with her unique motto: ‘Love, Nurture, Educate.’

Tender Palms School is a learning community with the awareness to provide the education needed by a child. Ever ambitious, Magdalene forged ahead in her academic career by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, while understudying a number of prestigious schools in Nigeria.

Her determination to be a distinguished, all-round professional in education has propelled her to the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), where she is currently studying a course in Guidance and Counseling.

Her philosophy is to give 100 per cent each day to impact positively on the lives of everyone around her and be successful, efficacious and flourish in our ever-changing world. She is married to a Lagos-based shrewd, but quiet billionaire and they both with lovely kids.
