She has risen through the ranks, from being a trainee in 2013 to become the Executive Director of Business Development. Her earlier career at Optiva Capital Partners started from a single location to now 25 state-of-the-art branches and from just 15 staff to currently 1,300 seasoned professionals.

As a trailblazing director, Okeke has been providing leadership and strategic direction to the organisation, overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies, customer engagement, identifying potential locations for branch expansion, work tools for business development, team training and development, institutional operations, social media marketing and so on.
