To curb sector menace, experts have emphasised on the pivotal role of trust and integrity in the Nigeria Real Estate Industry.
This was stressed at the third edition of the Real Estate Summit ‘TERRApy 3.0’ held in Lagos recently by Terra Developers Ltd, an organisation established with the focus to provide tastefully finished and unique homes in safe and secure environments.

The event which was themed “Realtor Odyssey 360: Decoding and Mastering Real Estate Dynamics” attracted a diverse and enthusiastic audience of real estate professionals from across the country.

The summit featured a comprehensive lineup of workshops designed to advance the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria. The CEO of Robert Taylor Media Bukky George-Taylor treated the topic ‘Unlocking Digital Doorways’, while other experts from different fields spoke on diverse insightful topics that would improve the sector.

This was followed by an insightful panel discussion titled ‘Passion for Real Estate, Beyond the Commission’. Speaking at the event, CEO of Terra Developers Mr. Kola-Ashiru Balogun who extended his heartfelt appreciation to both the physical and virtual attendees, said: “Trust and integrity are paramount in every real estate transaction. Every real estate professional must be committed to ensuring that every business interaction leaves a lasting impression of trustworthiness and truthfulness.”

In a bid to create a community of skilled professionals, the conveners of the event also created the opportunity for attendees to engage in Q&A sessions after each workshop, providing a platform to address their burning questions about the Real Estate Industry.

Also, an interactive competition challenged the knowledge of the upcoming real estate brokers, as top five emerging winners received immediate registration with the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA) as official Lagos State realtors.
