Toke Benson is joyful

If you see Toke Benson-Awoyinka grinning with smiles these days, her happiness is not far-fetched, it’s about the new plum job that just landed on her laps. She has just been appointed Special Adviser, Ministry of Housing by the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

During the inauguration on Tuesday, Toke affirmed that she would try her best to scale up the ante. Until the new appointment, she was the Assistant Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress, APC Lagos chapter.

The influential female politician was also an aspirant for the House of Representatives to represent Ikeja Federal Constituency before stepping down for the current occupant of the seat, Abiodun James Faleke.
