BILS returns with Reconsider

Within the Nigerian music circle, BILS is an exciting new voice set to captivate attention. In his attempt to seize the spotlight, he has returned with a single dubbed, Reconsider, which soars for its catchy melodies and lyricism.

Within the Nigerian music circle, BILS is an exciting new voice set to captivate attention. In his attempt to seize the spotlight, he has returned with a single dubbed, Reconsider, which soars for its catchy melodies and lyricism. 

The song, which features Ice Prince and Big Klef fuses Afrobeats and 808s with soul-lifting melodies and hard rap. It is a fine addition to the catalog of rap music emerging within the music space in Nigeria. 

Produced by DJ Textvres, the song prefaces BILS’ upcoming project dubbed BGNLT (BAD GUYS NEED LOVE TOO), which is expected for release later this month. 

Commenting on his new single, BILS tells Weekend Beats that, “Right from the moment you hit play, you are transported to the most lit party you’ve ever been to. If you think you’ve heard it all, this recording will make you reconsider.”

With this song, BILS stretches the legacy he built with Standard, a groovy bop he spun with Olamide, in 2019.
