Davido, Timaya, Phyno, Oritsefemi Gear Up For Skales’man Of The Year Gig

Following his success over the past year and hype given to his Man Of The Year album concert billed to hold tomorrow at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, it appears the Island will be at a standstill with the array of stars schedule to perform at the touted biggest concert of the year concert being packaged by Baseline Records in conjunction with Motbensonz Solutions.

Spearheading the list of artistes for the concert is the self-acclaimed Omo Baba Olowo (O.BO.) Davido, Dem Mama Soldiers’ commander and Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa, Timaya; Sekem crooner MC Galaxy, and Alobam master, Phyno.

Others are Victoria Kimani, Reekado Banks, Oritsefemi, Korede Bello, Aramide, GGB Dance Crew, CDQ, TJan, Ayo Jay, Fefe, Milli, Kenny Wonder and Attitude, while on the wheel of steel are DJ Neptune, DJ Kaywise, DJ Nana, and DJ Spicey. According to Skales, “Rehearsals have already begun; this is the first time I am having a concert and an album.

People are in for a shock tomorrow, I’m rehearsing with dancers and a live band because I want a standard show.

“It is not going to be the same everyday kind of gig we experience. I cannot wait for Sunday, I am nervous, but I know with God and my fans on my side all will be well. Meanwhile, Woju crooner, Kiss Daniel has indicated his intention to collaborate with the Baseline recording artiste. He made this known after listening to the rapper cum singer’s Man Of The Year album.

The wave making act betrayed his emotions and took to twitter to commend the Shake Body crooner’s effort in recording the songs on the album with a plan to collaborate with him. “King skales!!! @youngskales Gatto work with you very soon!!!#ManOfTheYear is the big thing!!! …more blessings bruh,” he tweeted.
