Movie stars unveil Jasper Estate in Lagos

Prominent actor and comedian, Mr Macaroni, alongside his veteran counterpart, Kate Henshaw-Nuttall, was recently present at the unveiling of Gtext Homes New Estate, in Jasper Isheri City of Lagos. The celebrities allocated lands to people who have purchased a piece of the property in the new estate.

Speaking at the unveiling and land allocation ceremony, Group Managing Director, Gtext Holdings, Dr Stephen Akintayo, said the new estate would cater for the ever-growing need for housing in Lagos.

He explained that the already fenced estate would be residential, which would include; hotels, commercial centres, hospital, fitness centre, and a school. 

Henshaw, speaking on her association with the brand, said, “I am identifying with this brand because of integrity. It was easy for me to align when they said I should come and see. It is not a situation where you launch a place online, without having a physical location. Gtext is not just in Jasper Isheri, it is in different locations across Nigeria and outside of Nigeria, and that speaks to branding, integrity and the value that they place upon themselves.” 

Mr Macaroni also urged the Government to come up with a plan that makes housing affordable for Nigerians.
