My new song will salvage many from despair, says gospel act, Oluwadamisi

Yewande Oluwadamisi, praise and worship leader and songwriter, is a gospel music artist whose songs “help others in their walk with God.”

Since she got sold on singing and giving praise to the Lord early in life, the passion has refused to die. From joining the choir in every church or Faith gathering she finds herself, she has now grown into an ambassador for Christ, spreading the message of the “Goodness of God” across the world with her delightful renditions.

Oluwadamisi is currently working on her album, but is set release another song which is part of her album. Speaking of what her audience should expect, the Ibadan-born gospel songstress said most of her songs are inspired by her past challenges and circumstances.

“My songs are unique in the sense that they encourage others in their walk with God. While they go out to both non-Christians and Christians, they are directed at those who are going through challenges and different circumstances in life.

“They minister to those who have condemned themselves, and lost hope thinking they can’t amount to anything in life.”

It is to encourage them so they can stir up their faith and call back their glory and destinies. It is also to draw souls to Christ.”

Projecting into the future, Oluwadamisi aspires to keep growing as a gospel artist, while also using her music as a medium to win more souls to God’s kingdom globally, and to reconnect people to God. “I want to keep encouraging people that it’s never too late to maximize their potentials; to keep giving hope and life to those who are lost,” she said.
