When it comes to infectious vocalisation and awe-inspiring melodies, only few fast-rising singers can measure with Ogranya. After breaking a national record by releasing one song every week for the whole of last year, totaling 52 songs, the young maverick has stepped out with a new body of work dubbed, Festival of The Sun.

The 6-tracker EP is Ogranya’s maturation of his sound, exploring new frontiers with mid-tempo RnB. The record, which also includes Kenya’s Nvirii The Storyteller, Ghana’s Moily, and Nigeria’s Johnny Drille & Moelogo, is an exquisite example of how diverse cultures can coexist.

A birth of new light within the African scene, Festival Of The Sun sees Ogranya swerve between bright and dark emotions such as angst, remorse, love, and euphoria, complimented with stellar production from the Grammy-nominated Guilty Beatz, Member K and many others.

On Festival Of The Sun, Ogranya, a Port-Harcourt native and critically acclaimed artiste, takes listeners on a journey from the darker thresholds of life to the sunny and lush emotions that we live for.

Festival Of The Sun is out across digital streaming platforms.
