Born and raised in Port Harcourt, Whereistoney’s love for music began at an early age. His uncle introduced him to the Irish R&B boy band Westlife, and their melodies became the soundtrack of his childhood. Singing along to their songs, even in the shower, ignited his passion for music, setting him on a journey of artistic discovery. Over time, he found inspiration in the works of Wande Coal, Burna Boy, Omah Lay, Lil Durk, and OGC Maraji—artists who shaped his musical style and storytelling approach.

Now, Whereistoney is stepping into the limelight with his debut single, ‘Better’ produced by Graeye. The song is a heartfelt expression of emotional pain, feeling trapped in life’s challenges, and the search for clarity.
