Wole Oni set to release new single Igwe

Award winning music producer, and founder/current CEO of Instinct Productions and Wole Oni Music Productions (WOMP), Wole Oni is set to release his new single titled Igwe in May 2016.

According to him, the song is a combination of jazz, soul and salsa. “It is intended to promote African culture and there will be more of instrumentals with less of singing. The song will feature Mike Aremu and Victor Ademofe. Fans should expect the best from this song because it promises to be fun and inspiring,” he said.

Oni has produced songs for notable singers including the elegant stallion, Onyeka Onwenu, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Dele Bamigboye, Kefee (Thank You My God), Tosin Martins (Olo mi), and Segun Obe (Celebrate) among others numerous to mention.

To give back to the society, Oni is also working on a youth development programme aimed at educating and identifying raw talents. “This project is very dear to my heart and it is free. We want to help young minds out there to identify their gifting and push it out to the world. Participants should be interested in entertainment and things that has to do with arts. People will send a sample of what they can do online. After that, we will pick the best and train them,” Oni said.
