Returning home drenched by the rain or your interior is getting too cold for comfort due to the relentless downpour? You need an electric space heater!

An electric space heater is a device used to heat a single, small to medium sized area. It uses considerably less energy that will help you save money on power whilst keeping you and your space warm.

Interestingly, before the evolution of modern space heaters, there was coal heater, which was used even in outdoor spaces. It worked by converting coal into energy through a controlled burning of a coal bed that becomes a mixture of high-energy gases. Those gases are then burned at high temperatures to produce heat that heats up the space.

Another method was the good old chimney starter used by placing kindling paper under the grate and charcoal over it. When the kindling is lit, it ignites the charcoal and creates a draft. Since the coals are held together, radiation heats adjacent coals, and convection heats coals higher in the stack.

However, modern space heaters are more elegant, user-friendly, and very easy to use. So on a rainy day or night when your space becomes too cold for your comfort, or perhaps when you have the need to warm up after being drenched, just plug your space heater and you’re warm.

Where To Place Your Space Heater
You can place it anywhere but avoid doing so within three feet of anything flammable such as curtains, papers, furniture, pillows and bedding.
