A Nigerian, Yemi Jegede plans to launch the first African restaurant in Tower Bridge London, called Masq London Bar and Restaurant.

The facility is expected to be an upscale restaurant with the aim of satisfying customer’s thirst while maintaining high standards.

The new restaurant to be situated in Tooley Street, London will provide the best of services to its customers according to the management.

Speaking on the facility, the founder, Yemi Jegede said the facility was established to procure crops in their original forms, extract needed flavour and preserve the core substances that are combined to make a particular dish worthwhile.

Masq’s Kitchen, he said serves as a selection of sharing menus, alongside a range of signature canapés, meats and small plate style dishes, which are filled with flavour.

Jegede said: “The basis of the Masq menu is a broad collection of factors. Starting, most importantly, with our expertly crafted menus by our in-house head chef. The head chef and the kitchen team create a range of signature menus, which are bursting with intense flavour and diverse textures.

To stimulate the appetite, our food is best served with an aperitif cocktail or a glass of wine from the bar. With the explosive Masq Kitchen’s menu ranging from traditional British cuisine to vibrant Italian recipes and flavour-filled French delights, while touching base on Africa and Caribbean. It is guaranteed to satisfy, whatever your dietary requirements and whatever the time of day.”

Essentially, with its eclectic furnishing and intimate lighting, Masq London will also benefit from a lounge bar that provides creative spaces and distinctly stylish function and private rooms where guests can socialise while drinking and eating.
