The Pan African businesswoman, known for her focus and goal-oriented approach, began her early education at St. Monica’s Montessori Children’s School in Isolo, Lagos, before proceeding to Apata Memorial High School, also in Isolo, for her secondary education. She later gained admission into the University of Lagos, Akoka, where she studied Sociology and graduated with distinction, laying the foundation for her successful career in finance and business.
In addition to her academic background in Sociology, Okeke is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and also holds the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA).

Ms Amaka began her journey at Optiva Capital Partners in 2013 as a trainee and worked her way up to become a Relationship Management Executive. Over the years, she grew through the ranks with dedication, remarkable performance, exceptional leadership, and result result-driven approach. She earned her appointment as General Manager, and in March 2023, she became the Executive Director, Business Development. In this role, she provides strategic oversight for the development and execution of business strategies, drives branch expansion across key markets, and equips her teams with the tools, training, and leadership needed to deliver exceptional service. She also spearheads institutional operations and leverages digital platforms to advance the firm’s visibility and impact.
This October 2025 marks her 12th anniversary with Optiva Capital Partners — a testament to her resilience, vision, and unrelenting commitment to building the largest provider of Investment Immigration services across Africa.

For example, in July, at the She Can 6.0 Conference, themed “Do More” — a women’s empowerment initiative, which had over 7000 women in attendance, dedicated to equipping and inspiring women to break barriers and reach their full potential — the Ambassador delivered a talk titled “Navigating Your Way to Leadership.” Her presentation, using her very own story, focused on mentoring, motivating, and guiding women to embrace opportunities, develop their strengths, and rise confidently into leadership roles. She also engineered the sponsorship of the women empowerment program “Be More” with ChinnyLove, which was aimed at mentoring, coaching, encouraging, and uplifting women to
become better versions of themselves by maximizing their full potential, and financially supported new and existing business ventures.
She supported the ‘Doam’ Foundation Annual Charity with the goal of helping less privileged children from the streets and putting smiles on their faces. She spearheaded the sponsorship of many shows and concerts, such as the partnership with Eko Hotel “Tropical Christmas Wonderland” in December, the Responsible Funnybone Live
concert (Lagos), Pencil Unbroken show in Abuja and Lagos, and Alibaba’s January 1st Concert. Amb. Amaka Diane Okeke has been a recipient of prestigious awards and commendations. She is an “Ambassador At Large” for the African Union Agenda 2063 Ambassadorial Assembly, a Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA). She was recognized as one of the Top 20 Most Inspiring Women by The Lekki Post (TLP), she received the Woman of Integrity &Patriot of the Year Award 2024 by the NACJ, and the Youth Icon award as the Future Shaper by GMTY Group.
