He has continued to provide strategic leadership in residential estates, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and luxury property investments (Autobiography Series) tailored to Nigeria’s dynamic and rapidly expanding urban population.
He ventured into the real estate business because of his passion: to ensure that people have roofs over their heads without having to break the bank.
His journey was motivated by a desire to bridge the housing deficit in Nigeria, and also to make affordable lands/houses to be made available for all and sundry.
Agboifoh is driven by integrity, innovation, and a commitment to closing Nigeria’s housing deficit, as he continues to position the company as a trusted brand in the Nigerian real estate sector.
With a million naira, which was largely his savings, he began a romance with high-rise buildings and sprawling mansions. premium quality standards. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its footprint, strengthened investor confidence, and contributed meaningfully to urban development and infrastructure growth across Nigeria.
And with the launch of The Autobiography, a groundbreaking series of luxury estates, LCR marked its official entry into the luxury real estate segment, showcasing the company’s ambition to meet Lagos’ growing appetite for high-end homes.
The series, which spans three prime locations in Bourdillion in Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Oba Akinjobi in Ikeja GRA, began with its flagship development in the heart of Victoria Island’s prestigious Dideolu Estate.
“Lagos is a city that thrives on ambition and innovation, and we are excited to bring The Autobiography to life in such a dynamic environment,” Agboifoh had stated at the launch.
The Victoria Island phase of The Autobiography is not just about elegant homes; it also boasts an array of amenities that cater to the highest standards of urban living.

However, as the demand for luxury and exclusivity continues to rise, developers are stepping up to redefine what it means to live in style.
The Ikoyi and Ikeja GRA locations, set to follow in the coming years, promise to expand the vision of luxury and modernity across Lagos.
These estates will carry the same signature elegance and attention to detail, ensuring that LCR Limited remains a leader in the upscale housing market.
The major challenge encountered in the beginning had to do with being able to convince people to believe in their vision of making land affordable for people with installment payment. It was a
That was not all; the COVID-19 pandemic stunted the growth of the real estate sector, as a lot of businesses sought alternative ways of doing things.
LCR Limited moved aggressively into the online marketplace to showcase its products, and gradually, a lot of Nigerians in the Diaspora identified with their brand. Many people in Nigeria also came onboard. This really helped the brand because the conventional way of marketing using flyers and physical contact was no longer useful.
He has a deep knowledge of Nigeria’s property laws, land acquisition processes, and regulatory frameworks, including compliance with the Land Use Act and has successfully led high-value projects from concept to completion. He believes that two things are very essential to well organised real sector: regulation and trust.
Agboifoh, who is very skilled in structuring flexible payment plans, diaspora investment opportunities, that attract both local and international investors, believes there is need for government to regulate the real estate sector to reduce, if not totally eradicate, the activities of fraudsters who open mushroom shops and defraud unsuspecting members of the public with the promise of lands and houses that are either non-existent or have faulty documentation.
He also believes that both are essential to reduce the spike in building collapses caused by many local contractors who use inferior materials in construction.
He is adept at navigating land documentation, title verification and government approvals, whilst ensuring secure and transparent transactions for investors and homeowners.
“We are the middlemen between the land grabbers and our clients. What we do basically is to make their acquaintance, relate very well with them and come to terms with the fact that they exist and also settle them, especially during festive seasons,” he noted.
With the proliferation of real estate practitioners in the country, what should people watch out for when buying properties to avoid being duped?
“People should pay special attention to the title documents they are given. They should conduct research to ascertain if the documents are genuine.”
