Scope: 

• Reliable, high-speed internet services (minimum 35 Mbps download/upload).
• Comprehensive service level agreement (SLA) with 99.9% uptime.
• 24/7 technical support and real-time network monitoring.
• Scalable solutions tailored to organizational needs.

2. Payroll Software Solutions

Objective: Automate payroll processes for approximately 60 employees, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and seamless integration with GAIN’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Scope: 

• Automated calculation of wages and deductions.
• Integration with time tracking, banking platforms, and pension systems.
• Robust security features and scalable customization.
• Real-time reporting and user-friendly interfaces for administrators and employees.

General Requirements for Both RFPs: 

• Proven track record with international organizations or NGOs.
• Detailed technical and financial proposals.
• Compliance with Nigerian regulations.
