Beginning at age 15 with his late father, Chief Moses Akinlolu Awoyode, a building contractor and general merchant, he gained practical exposure to construction projects and learned key skills in construction administration and management.

“By God’s grace, my professional journey spans over a decade across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, shaped by hands-on experience, market cycles, and a deep commitment to solving housing challenges. My career began at age 15, working with my late father, Chief Moses AkinloluAwoyode, a building contractor and general merchant. As a director at Moses Awoyode and Sons Nigeria Ltd, I gained early, practical exposure to construction projects, including residential buildings, drainage systems, septic tanks, and bridges—while learning construction administration, supply chain management, accounting, bill of quantities, and tender preparation,” he informed.

His transition into property marketing, advisory, and development was seamless, with experience across emerging and mature real estate markets broadening his perspective on regulatory systems and housing delivery models. In 2015, Awoyode founded Property Max Results Ltd(www.propertymaxltd.com), which has grown into Property Max Results Group, co-led with his wife, ModupeAwoyode.

The group’s focus is on structured property ownership, transparent documentation, and sustainable wealth-building opportunities.
