Anambra State YSFON Secretary, Ralph Nweke, told The Guardian that the tournament would end on August 21 at Neros Stadium, Nanka.

He urged Governor Chukwuma Soludo to prevail on the state’s Sports Commission to release Awka City Stadium for tournaments such as YSFON to enable youngsters and other sportsmen make effective use of it.

According to him, the YSFON tournament is aimed at discovering, nurturing and exposing youngsters to national and international tournaments and help them build careers in football.
