Coaches doing wonders with Cowbell Academy youngsters, Dudu-Orumen reveals

The Coordinator of the Cowbell Football Academy, Godwin Dudu-Orumen is counting the blessings of the programme bankrolled by the parent company, Promasidor Nigeria Limited.

Dudu-Orumen, who spoke at the National Stadium, Lagos where the 2018 summer event is ongoing, said the contribution of the coaches working with the young ones can hardly be properly estimated.

He said, “We may not have been on ground for a Century but we can see the effect of quality foundation on the players that passed through this academy within the years we have run this programme.

And it is all thanks to these coaches and ex-internationals that are running the programme here.

“We carefully selected those that can work with us because we want the best for these children.

We see how Nigerian players with poor foundation fail to make the mark even in small clubs in Europe and so our emphasis remains on having a good start.

And as we value these coaches, we are also thankful to our sponsor, Promasidor for making everything possible.
