Chief coach of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club (MFM) of Lagos, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has ‎advised aspiring footballers to stay away from his trainings unless invited.

The youthful coach, who helped MFM FC to gain promotion to the Nigeria Premier League at the end of last season, insisted that his team was opened only to footballers that he invited for screening or based on recommendation by fellow coaches.

“I really don’t know where the story about MFM FC conducting open screening came from. We are not running an academy where everyone is allowed to come and be tried.

“My team is solid. All I need are very experienced players to plug loopholes in this team. ‎I don’t even have time to look at everybody because I know what I want,” he said.
