Ndidi attracts interest from Sevilla

Nigerian and Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is attracting interest from La Liga outfit Sevilla.

Ndidi has been in superb form for Leicester this season, scoring one goal and making three assists in 12 Championship games.

In 15 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes this campaign, he has netted three goals and provided four assists.

His impressive stats have led to clubs indicating interest in his services.

According to Foot Mercato, reigning Europa League champions Sevilla have shown interest in the Nigerian international.

The media outfit claimed that the Spanish side, who are currently 13th in the league, have already made a first offer for Ndidi.

Despite the interest from Sevilla, it is believed Ndidi will prefer to return to the Premier League.
Ndidi was not in action for the Super Eagles in their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe due to injury.

Also absent for the Eagles are Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze.
