Abundant blessings in God’s kingdom

Proverbs 10:22, “The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.”
God has all the instruments of blessing as He created all things, including human beings at the same time. Power belongs to Him. The possibility of revoking the power residing in Him to call anything into existence always lies with Him. After the creation of man, God empowered him to have dominion over all other creatures. He gave man the authority to eat freely from the fruits of the trees in the garden and every other living creatures and finally blessed man. In Genesis 1:26-30, the Bible presents it thus, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so”. As long as Adam and Eve remained obedient in the presence of God, they lacked nothing. Yet, they were only charged with the task of trimming and maintenance of the garden. God comes on daily basis to hold fellowship with them. As evidence of God’s blessing, the vegetation in the garden blossomed, the animals for meat were always available without stressing themselves to get them. God made provisions for all their needs. The life of people in the presence of God is always characterised by Divine provision. They rarely struggle for anything because there is fabulous blessing in the Kingdom of God. That is why the Bible says in Matthew 6:33, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”. People who seek and serve God recognised Him as both their Creator and Father.

And God in turn sees them as His children. No father allows his children to remain in need of anything he has the ability to provide. For the people in the Kingdom lack nothing. When one becomes born again, heaven will recognise the person and he/she is instantly connected to the Kingdom of God spiritually, and as you pray and make declarations, God will honour them. You will be drawing blessings and favours from the Kingdom of God. It is the level of your relationship with God that determines the extent of your blessing. The Bible says in Jeremiah 32:18-19, “Thou shewest loving kindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the Lord of hosts, is his name, 19 Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give everyone according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings”. The Kingdom of God lacks nothing good, but the needs of the people differ in many ways. There are blessing of money, children, good health, protection, spiritual gifts and above all, the salvation of the souls and many other needs of men. God gives these needs in accordance with the person’s heart’s desire and the level of devotion to the service in the Kingdom and one’s ability to survive trials.

Abraham answered God’s call to service. He also entered into covenant with God. Based on this, he served God with all his heart. While in the service of God, he had no child but God later blessed him with a son, Isaac. As a trial, God asked him to use that his only son Isaac as a burnt offering to Him. The Bible puts it thus in Genesis 22:1-3, “And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. 2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. 3 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him”. In complete obedience to the instruction, Abraham embarked on the journey with the 15-year-old boy alongside two servants to the mountains for the burnt offering sacrifice in accordance with God’s directive. As a sure proof that Abraham meant business, he stopped the two servants on the way and went alone with his only son, Isaac. On getting to the mountain, Abraham did not hesitate, the Bible says thus, in verses 9-10, “And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son”.

Abraham was about killing the boy, when a voice from God told him not to harm the boy, but made him see the lamb for the burnt sacrifice. Having passed the test God then promised him again in verses 15-17, “And the angel of the Lord called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, 16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: 17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies”. God took an oath to bless Abraham because he passed the test set for him by not withholding his only son from God. He believed God Who gave him the child has the right to take him at anytime. He did not know it was an examination God set for him. After the Lord swore to bless him, blessing started flowing in. His children will be as uncountable as the stars of the sky and sand on the sea. In Genesis 24:1, the Bible testifies to his wealth by saying, “And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things”. Abraham drew wealth from the kingdom resources because he was obedient to the Word of God. He was always ready to obey God’s instruction, regardless of the pain. The same situation should be applicable to every human being that wants to enjoy the Kingdom blessings. There is enough for everybody in the Kingdom of God, it is just that one has to fulfil the preconditions for accessing the blessings. In the first place, one must be born again by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, purge oneself of all kinds of sin and be prepared to give to the work of God and to people in need. In that way, God will be multiplying your sacrifices through giving and service to Him and be sending them back to you as blessing. The fabulous blessing in the Kingdom will be your portion in Jesus name.

Testimony Of The Lord’s Doing
Revealed: The Foundation Of The Lord’s Chosen Is Of God
MY name is Brother Chukwuemeka Ejike Josephat. I am from Okija in Anambra State, but I live in Ejigbo Local Council of Lagos State. I joined The Chosen in 2019 and I worship at Ejigbo 1, but before then, I was a member of an orthodox church, and a Mass-server. Later, I left serving mass and joined the charismatic. There was this programme called ‘Life in the Spirit’ seminar organised by the church. Usually, after the teaching, we would ask questions. However, nobody gave satisfactory answers to all the questions I asked; rather they would say, “This is the church’s doctrine.” This issue kept bothering me. In the third class, we were taught how the church embraced traditions. I was deeply disturbed by the questions on my mind, but none of them could give me satisfactory answers to them. Usually, I read my Bible between 2a.m and 3a.m, but because of the confusion in my mind, sometimes, I would be walking and murmuring. Along the line, I had to present the matter to God to know what He would say. So, I said, ‘Lord, your word is truth. So, why should I be wandering in confusion? Lord, show me the truth of what I am asking for.’ Immediately, I said the short prayer, I saw my spirit came out of me where I was kneeling down. This was physical and not a dream or revelation. So, my spirit moved like a pole and entered a house. Inside the house, at the far end was a pulpit (altar). On the altar was a stand bearing three microphones. My spirit went to the left side of the pulpit and there was a man wearing an apron in front of the three microphones. Immediately, I saw that apron, God said, “This is your pastor.”

I quickly turned away my face because I didn’t like The Chosen. As soon as I turned away my face, the vision was cut off. So, I went in and slept. We continued in our charismatic activities. After about two weeks interval, I repeated the prayer and the same trance happened again. This dream occurred thrice and I knew that really, God was directing me to The Chosen. Before I came to The Lord’s Chosen, God showed me a sign. In that revelation, God showed me the sun rising from the Eastern part of Nigeria with much power and strength. When I saw this sun, I said I have never seen something like this before. Then the sun started melting every tree, bush mountain, etc. that blocked the way. This revelation came on a Saturday, and on Sunday, I prepared and went to a Chosen branch near me, which was Ejigbo 1 as at that time – The programme, That Yoke Must Break was about two weeks away. So, when the branch pastor came out that day, he was leading in prayer and said we should put our General Pastor in prayer and ask God to give him matchless grace. While there, I was asking God to show me the foundation of this church (The Lord’s Chosen). So, where I was, I closed my eyes but I was seeing the branch pastor. At times, he would change to become General Pastor in that trance. At this time, I did not know the General Pastor of the Lord’s Chosen. So, I was wondering how the branch pastor could turn to become the General Pastor. Moreover, a gigantic man was standing by the right hand side of the General Pastor like a shepherd. He had a rainbow over his head and was wearing a white garment that covered him from head to toe, with a girdle on his waist. He had a staff on his hand like a shepherd. After a while, the gigantic man became the protector or shelter to daddy G.O.

Note that before I came to Chosen, there was a moving object in my body that nearly gave me partial stroke. So, the following week after the trance in the branch church, we came for the programme, That Yoke Must Break. At the programme, the General Pastor, in the course of his prayers, cursed the moving object in my body and God opened my eyes and I saw an eagle flew from the pulpit and it came to rest on my shoulder. It looked into my eyes for about three seconds, then used its beak (mouth) and picked the moving object from me. That was how God healed and delivered me. Praise the Lord. The foundation of The Lord’s Chosen is the Lord’s. Praise the Lord!
