Easter is a unique event in the Christian circle. It represents good news because it brought redemption to man. Contrary to the notion of the world, Easter is not a carnival, but a reminder to Christians of what Christ did to secure their salvation on the cross. It also confirms the resurrection of the dead. Easter, which is also known as a resurrection morning, represents the uncommon power of God.
Resurrection morning cancels fear and made Christians bold to face Satan and spread the gospel. Before Christ was resurrected, the disciples were afraid and unable to come out from their enclaves because of the fear of the Jews. But as soon as Jesus was resurrected and it was confirmed by the disciples, the fear disappeared, making them bold to move around. It also strengthened their faith to believe that all that the Lord told them about himself were true.
Easter is a remarkable day indeed. It is a day that the sins of the whole world were purged so that whoever believes in the name of Jesus Christ will be saved. To believers, their hope is confirmed on this day that their sins were pardoned. Easter reminds them of the hope of being with Christ on the last day. It points to the fact that a believer’s hope in Christ is not in vain and that with the resurrection death is conquered. It brought gladness to those who believed in Christ after the terrible days of gloominess and sadness that presumably sealed their faith.
Easter silences the ranting of the dark world and the lies about Christ. Their propaganda was brought to an abrupt end as they were dazed by the sudden resurrection of Christ. This dealt a hot blow to the enemies of Christ. Christ was buried in the weak, but he was resurrected in strength, power and glory. He resurrected in power and bequeathed the same to believers. This experience gives believers power over all other powers. Christians can now demonstrate and manifest the power of God because God has risen from the grave.
A full knowledge of the resurrection morning is complete liberation from the dark world. This is because the resurrection morning represents the power of God. It is the power of believers. It also encompasses the power to deliver the oppressed and set the captives free. Some believers are oblivious to this power.
Any man that desires victory for his family must be connected to the resurrection power. With the resurrection power, our families and businesses are guaranteed safety. Embrace resurrection power today and live in victory all the days of your life.
