Holiness and honour or glory that goes with it

Holiness is never in isolation of other godly virtues; it comes with other things that make life worth the while. Holiness alone cannot take us — believers — to heaven; we need to balance it properly. We do not want to preach or practice holiness to the extent that other ingredients that make holiness complete are lacking.

Man, out of disobedience, lost God at the early stage of his life. He went astray from God and aligned himself with the falsehood of the devil. Today, what the devil presents to man, as God’s identity is what man accepts and believes.

For instance, the devil understands the scriptures very well. He knows the scriptures very well, even more than some Christians. The devil has robbed some Christians and preachers of their time, to the extent that they do not have the time to search the scriptures. As a result of this, they take whatever the devil presents to them.

The essence of having ministers at the altar of God is to restore man’s dignity, honour and destiny. Unfortunately, some of the so-called ministers, instead of restoring the above, collect them from man. This is not what they were called to do.

However, the Lord has called us as true believers to shine the light of God around our vicinities. The world wants to see us radiate the light of God; those that are in the world watch our confessions and testimonies to see the realities of true holiness in us.

Many Christians have robbed God. This is because the glory that the Lord bequeathed to believers is not shinning. Some believers do not understand who they are, and what they have. Knowledge is power and as soon as we understand what we have, we will be able to attract kings and princes to God through the light and glory of God that radiate in our lives.

The people around us want to see the evidence of our profession, before they can join us to serve God. Nicodemus came to Jesus Christ because of the evidence that he saw in him; he did not wait for any man to convince him about Jesus Christ; he saw the evidence by himself. The Queen of Sheba was attracted by the glory of God to Solomon.

To be progressive in our Christian journey, we must erase denomination mentality. Denomination mentality has diminished many great Christian leaders. Jesus Christ did not die for denomination, but for sinners. What brought us to the Lord is repentance and not denomination. We are kingdom citizens and the visa that admits us to God’s kingdom is repentance. Kingdom citizens have some peculiarities: they do not fall sick; they do not die young; they are adequately secured physically and spiritually. These and many more privileges are there for kingdom citizens, who believe and remain in the kingdom, and with the Lord.

Kingdom power forbids poverty. No citizen of this kingdom should entertain or accept poverty. Poverty is not a virtue, but a curse! This is the season of prosperity for kingdom citizens. Everyone should believe and key in to it for extraordinary wealth.
