Characteristics of determination

Moving News is another Spiritual missile in print, founded on the philosophy that you don’t wait for things to change, but you must move for both God and situations to be in your favour.

The syndrome of waiting for God is an old syllabus of the classical believers, but now is an emergence of end time radical believers – the revolutionists: Enough is enough. Such movement begins with a determination; and the launching pad is courage. Courage is despising danger and braving the risk to achieve your goal.

Next to courage is fearlessness. The fearful procrastinates and is ultimately castrated. Fear is not faithlessness, but faith in your obstacle or your enemy. The command not to fear runs 365 times in the Bible; that is one for each day.

“Fear thou not… I will help thee…” Isaiah 41:10

Until fear goes, God cannot come to your aid or attract the supernatural intervention of the Almighty God; fear must leave for faith in God.

The determined achiever must not only be fearless, but must also have faith. Faith here is in three dimensions, as will be briefly stated, because the subject of faith is beyond the Christian faith.

Many mysterious inventions are products of faith. I am writing this edition in the 47th floor of Rose Royhaan by Rotana, a 65-storey five Star hotel in Dubai. Clustered in the same area are ultra modern buildings of a hundred and more storey buildings. These are products of faith.

However, confidence in any other man or anything other than God is subjective. It is only God that can be eternally reliable and dependable.

“For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed” Malachi 3:6.

Except your faith is in God through Jesus Christ, you shall be consumed one day; if it is not now it shall definitely come later.

There is no escape in hell for the gurus without accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

A revolutionist must express faith in three dimensions:

• Faith in God through Jesus Christ that your course of pursuit will not fail in His hand.

• Faith in yourself; that God is able to accomplish it through you.
“I can do all things through Christ, Who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13.

• Faith in your purpose, which is faith that your dream will deliver. Don’t pursue courses that are not realisable and have doubtful ending.

As I conclude this edition, note strongly that your expertise and experience without God are grossly inadequate.
