Introduction
Faith determines the performance of God in your life. We must remember the words spoken by the angel to Mary in Luke 1:45, “And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.”

It is clear that our faith places a limit on divine performance, because it is the determining factor of God’s performance in our life. This week, we would begin an examination of the provision God has for us through His word.
God’s protection package is for you!

A closer look into Psalm 103:1-5 reveals a catalogue of the benefits of redemption, Verse 4a says; “Bless the LORD, O my soul: and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies; who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles” Psalms 103:1-5 (KJV)

The same God, Who forgives all our sins, is willing and capable of healing all our diseases. He also has the capacity to redeem our life from any kind of destruction. It is the scriptural report you believe that determines the hand of God in your life. Isaiah 55:1 says, “Who hath believed our report and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed.” The different challenges of the end-times would require that you develop strong faith in supernatural protection, to avoid becoming a victim. The good news is that this protection is available, waiting for you to extend your faith and enjoy the benefits therein. In the following weeks, we would be sharing seven secrets embedded in scriptures, which give grand entrance into the reality of long life. I believe you will fulfill destiny and you will say boldly like Solomon, “I shall not die, but live to declare the great works of God.”
Long life is your heritage!

One radical weapon of protection we have in scriptures is FAITH:

Faith is practical confidence in God and His Word that He will divinely protect you from evil. We have a practical example in Ps 91:16, “with long life will I satisfy him and shew him my salvation.” Long life is real and different parts of scripture make provision for this. As we have the scripture quoted from Psalm 91 above, we find that the same principle for long life is repeated in Ephesians 6:1-3, where Paul was talking about the blessing of honouring our parents, which we will discuss later in some weeks. If the Bible makes reference to ‘long life,’ we know that means there is also ‘short life.’ If you don’t believe in a long and fulfilled life, then you are inadvertently settling for a ‘short life.’
Until you are saved, you are not safe!

I know that God wants you to live a long and fulfilling life: As you go out this week, God will preserve your going out and coming in. You will not be a victim of darkness and violence. He will preserve your soul. I hope you have said a big amen to that.
See you next week!
Dear Jesus,

I believe You died for me, so that I can enjoy a fulfilling life. I confess I am a sinner. I need your love and forgiveness. Come into my life, forgive my sins and give me eternal life. I confess you now, as my Lord and my Saviour. Thank You for my salvation, protection and joy. In Jesus name, Amen.
