God must take the glory – Part 2

1 Corinthians 31-33: “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 32: Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God.

33: Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.”

God has given every human being the opportunity to live on earth. After moulding man from dust according to the Bible, He breathed into his nostrils and the moulded dust became a living being called Adam. The decision to create the earth and everything within it, including human beings was entirely His. There was no input from any other source. Prior to bringing man into existence, He had put in place resources — both vegetation and livestock— for man to feed on and be comfortable on earth. God also gave man the mandate to keep the earth, manage it and to bring other creatures in it under his control.

This can be found in Genesis 1:26-28 that says: “And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27: So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28: And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”

All glory must go back to God, the Almighty, for creating heaven and earth, and also for making the earth a comfortableand happy place for man to live. By the grace of God, of all God’s creatures, man has the highest intelligent quotient. He has conscience to make decisionsand the power to make choices of what are good and bad. Based on this, God gave him the power to dominate the earth and also to be fruitful, subdue and replenish the earth. The word subdue is the divine Magna Charta (management charter) for all true scientific and material progress. Man began with perfect mindin his finite capacity for learning, but he did not begin with the knowledge of all the secrets of the universe. He is, therefore, commanded to subdue; that is, he is meant to acquire knowledge and have mastery over his material environment, which will enable him to bring his environmental elements into the service of mankind. All the scientific discoveries and exploits of our current world are born out of the divine management mandate; hence all glory must go back to God.

Man is meant to have total and complete control of the present earth, but the mistake of Adam in the Garden of Eden, made him to lose the kingdom of earth God has planned as a colony of heaven.It is worthy of note that Apostle Paul having looked at the good things God had done for man said to the church in the City of Corinth and to the Christians in general that in everything we do as human beings must be done to the glory of God. It is rather unfortunate that the Devil has possessed many men as agents of destruction of God’s plan for the world. The Devil has no contribution in the creation of the earth; he has no life to give and no good thing comes from him, yet he wants to use man against God. Devil is anusurper, but the power of God is supreme and superior to his, despite his attacks on God’s children.

Isaiah 60:21-22 says:“Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified. 22: A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.” God empowers anyone that keeps His commandmentsto do more exploits. God does not bless an idle man. He blesses and favours those that areobedient to His instructions to subdue and possessthe earth. The best of any man manifests when he embarks on projects, takes risks and faces challenges. It should be noted that if any man involves God in any adventure, especially as it concerns fulfilling divine mandate, such a person would always excel on whatever he lays his hands, as God will come in to ensure that the success of such adventure guaranteed. He does thisto save His name. Every successful effortin any area of life opens up an avenue to glorify God. God has given the earth to man to subdue it. He has given us the knowledge and wisdom to do so; hence He takes the glory of every achievement.

Jeremiah 9:23-24 warns:“Thus saith the Lord, let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches. 24: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.”Whatever any man has, is given to him by God hence no man should give glory to himself. God must take all the glory.

In glorifying God, we must serve Him with all our heart. Service to the Lord entails worshipping and praising Him in His glory. At the same time, preach the gospel to bring perishing souls to the kingdom of God. God demands our service and obedience to His words; take time to serve God, live holy and a righteous lifestyle. You are also to preach the gospel in and out of season. Give glory to God for all things in your life, for He alone has created and given us life. As we do this, we shall make heaven hereafterin Jesus’ name.

God Heals A Child With Hole In Heart, Cancels N8m Surgery

My name is Sister Precious Igboanugo. I came from another ministry, but I am so excited being here to testify. The first day I visited here l was very happy because l saw and heard mysterious testimonies.
My testimony is that God graciously gave me twin babies;I delivered them in January, but because they were premature babies they were kept in the incubator for one month and by February, we were discharged.
However, few weeks after, one of them had serious temperature and l took her back to the hospital and doctorsexamined her and said she lacked blood.She was given some blood and placed againin the incubator for one week.

Not long we were discharged and returned home, she became sick again and we returned to the hospital. Getting to the hospital, some of nurses entertained fears that we might be under some spiritual attack, which I refuted. I told them that my God is alive and will take charge of the situation. When our case became incessant the doctor carried out ECO test on my baby. The result showed that my baby hasa hole in the heart. As a result of this, we were referred to another hospital and the doctors had to repeat the ECO test. I was afraid because of the cost, but consultant allayed my fears and did it for free. The result showed that my baby has two big holes in her heart. At this stage, her breathing had become abnormal again.

We were given some drugs and given a date to return to the hospital.While we were waiting for the date, my husband who suppliesloaves of bread to a particular Chosen member narrated the condition of his daughter to this sister and to his surprise the woman said the case was a very simple one for the God of Chosen. She assured him that theGod Chosenwouldheal his daughter without taking a kobo. Returning home, my husband narrated what the Chosen woman told him and we decided to give it a trial. l came with my baby to the crusade titled: “God That Does What No Man Can Do” and I promised God that if He heals my baby, my family and I will be members of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries.
As G.O was praying that day, he said if your baby has hole in the heart, tap the heart three times, so l tapped my baby’s heart thrice and when l got home, I discovered that my baby’s temperature has dropped. However, after two days the temperature became very high again and I wore her the Chosen apron and since then, the temperature and breathing have normalised. P-r-a-i-s-e, the Lord!

We went back to the hospital and doctor tested her and said her temperature and breathing were normal.
Note, God did the surgery that doctors would have carried out on my baby for N8million forfree. P-r-a-i-s-e, the Lord!

This God is too great, may His name be glorified in Jesus’ name… Amen!
