Black History Month: 4Rain set for Nigerian tour March 3 

As he gears towards his Nigerian tour slated for March 3, prominent French-Cape Verdean Disc Jockey and Producer, Stephan Tavares, professionally known as DJ 4Rain, has taken his apostolate of House music fusion to his home country in Cape Verde, kicking off his much-anticipated African tour.
