Police parade notorious Abuja kidnapper on stretcher

The Nigeria Police yesterday paraded a notorious Abuja kidnapper, Chinaza Philip-Okoye, on a stretcher at the Force Intelligence Response Team base, Guzape, in the Federal Capital Territory.
