Foundation trains, distributes fertilisers to IDPs in Akwa Ibom

A non-governmental organisation, the Refuge Foundation, has trained no fewer than 50 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Akwa Ibom State on the 21st-century farming technique.
