‘Buratai should apologise for army’s partisanship in elections’
Former deputy national publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Timi Frank, is demanding a public apology from the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, over the partisan role of soldiers in the recent general elections.
